Payment for counselling is normally expected at the time of service. Groundwork Counselling Services accepts cash, debit, credit, or etransfer ($5 processing fee for credit cards). Many extended health plans will reimburse clients for the cost of counselling provided by a Registered Clinical Counsellor M.A., C.C.C #8656). We recommend calling your plan provider to ensure coverage and any annual dollar limits. A receipt will be provided for submittance.

Groundwork Counselling Services requires a full 24 hour notification of session cancellations. The absence of ample notice may result in being charged a cancellation fee.
