Dear clients,

​In this extraordinary time of COVID uncertainty, I wanted to let you know the measures I am taking to keep all of us safe. I am now offering sessions online, on the phone, and in person. I have had great success working with all of these options and am grateful for technology during this time of social distancing. If you choose to meet in person, please read the following COVID measures in place to ensure that you are understand the process and are comfortable with coming into the office. Be well.

• Reschedule if experiencing any symptoms of feeling unwell (no penalty)
• Clients are free to wear a mask during session if they choose
• There is hand sanitizer available as needed
• Wait in car or outside until appointment time

Groundwork Therapist

• Sessions in the larger wait room
• Frequent hand washing
• Ending sessions on time
• Spacing out clients
• Inform clients by text or call when ready for them to enter office
• Clean surfaces with disinfectant between in person clients
• Will wear a mask or face covering upon request
• Weekly office cleaning
